Villa Maria or 'The Villa' as many people warmly refer to us, is situated close to the centre of Croydon. We are easily accessible by public transport and benefit from being within walking distance of South Croydon train station.

Arranged elegantly over two floors and serviced by a modern passenger lift, The Villa comprises a variety of beautifully furnished bedrooms, with several offering private en-suite facilities for added convenience.

All of our communal rooms overlook our beautifully maintained landscape garden which is filled with mature trees, seasonal plants, shrubs, and a delightful memorial garden dedicated to residents that have stayed with us over the years.

Our garden provides an excellent venue for summer barbecues and social parties, and proves an immense source of comfort to both residents and relatives who often express immense pleasure at the atmosphere of tranquillity present throughout the year.

With a fully equipped modern kitchen, our dedicated catering team has the tools and expertise to provide nourishing, tasty food tailored for all dietary needs and individual requirements. We proudly hold 5 stars in the Food Hygiene Ratings, reflecting the absolute pride our kitchen staff take in their daily work.

Furthermore, our in-house laundry is equipped with industrial-sized washers and dryers, allowing all residents to have their clothing and bedding meticulously washed and returned on a daily basis.
